Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Representation : Uphold a positive brand image at various events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Content Creation : Help create effective marketing content, including social media posts and product reviews, to promote the brand to the target audience.
  • Product Promotion : Engage with consumers by providing information about products or services, conducting demonstrations, and distributing promotional materials like flyers and samples.
  • Customer Interaction : Build strong customer relationships by offering personalized interactions, fostering loyalty, and encouraging referrals.
  • Feedback Collection : Gather consumer feedback, product insights, and market trends to report to internal teams and inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Participation : Actively take part in company-hosted events, product launches, and community activations.
  • Social Media Engagement : Manage social media presence to build a community of followers, generate awareness, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement marketing plans, develop new strategies, and coordinate promotional campaigns.
