Engineering Surveyor Wanted 🏗️📐 Join Our Construction Team in Singapore!

Job Summary

Support construction projects by accurately measuring and calculating quantities, coordinating with site teams, and managing project documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings to perform precise measurement and quantity calculations for project requirements
• Prepare and review progress claims and Variation Order (VO) quotations to support project cost control
• Execute basic drawing and mark-up tasks related to measurement works to assist project documentation
• Communicate effectively with site teams and management to coordinate survey activities and resolve issues
• Support project documentation processes and assist with cost-related software tools to enhance project tracking and reporting

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to draw diagrams accurately to support measurement and documentation tasks
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings to ensure precise measurement and quantity assessment
• Basic English communication skills with a minimum score of 5 to facilitate clear interaction with teams
• Good health and a responsible, hardworking attitude to meet the physical and professional demands of the role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in a construction-related field to provide foundational technical knowledge
• AutoCAD skills to enhance drawing and mark-up efficiency
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting
• Familiarity with cost software such as CostX or Buildsoft to support project cost estimation and control

Other Information

• Base Salary: $2500 – $3500 (Specific amount depends on experience)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm; Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm; Saturdays off every other week
• Monthly Rest Day : 7 days
• Benefits: Annual Leave & Sick Leave follow MOM regulations
