About the job :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager / Director, Temenos WealthSuite to join our team. you will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized projects and teams of consultants while developing the company on its growth path. You will also play a key role in acquiring projects, supporting sales efforts, and managing and developing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Acquire projects and / or support the senior management in acquisitions and sales through strong client engagement
  • Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation
  • Manage several projects under an account, including mentoring teams of consultants
  • Lead the project teams, to provide direction and prioritization of activities
  • Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission
  • Oversee the implementation and quality control of projects with regards to both budget and content
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions
  • Provide support to SIT, UAT, cutover and post go-live activities
  • Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking

About you :

  • Degree holder
  • 6+ years of proven experience with Temenos WealthSuite implementation is required. A Director-level role will be offered based on experience and current job level.
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge in any of the Temenos WealthSuite product, architecture design, and its associated systems (TDS, T24, TCIB, TTI, TAP Core, TAP GUI, WTX, ODATA, TSL etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry
  • In-depth understanding of Temenos WealthSuite product both functionally and technically
  • Capable of applying technology principles to business
  • Experience in leading a team through an entire project lifecycle
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience within management consulting, banks or technology firms
  • Past experience at a financial organization which uses Temenos products
  • Experience in sales and project acquisition; network establishments in Singapore and / or other parts of Asia
