Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the wholesale and retail establishment.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain stock levels and oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Assist in loading and unloading various types of vegetables and fruits.
• Conduct quality checks on different types of vegetables and fruits, ensuring proper classification and selection.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as wiping tables, clearing waste, and maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
