Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the wholesale and retail establishment.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Identify and assess business opportunities to expand market reach and strengthen customer relationships.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain stock levels and oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading various types of vegetables and fruits.
- Conduct quality checks on different types of vegetables and fruits, ensuring proper classification and selection.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as wiping tables, clearing waste, and maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or retail industry.Strong knowledge of various vegetables and fruits, their quality standards, and classification methods.Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.Willing to work long hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.Tell employers what skills you have
