RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the containerization of existing systems using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with external vendors to design, review, and implement technical solutions that align with business and customer needs.
• Tech Stack Refactoring : Refactor legacy codebases to meet modern standards, improve maintainability, and optimize overall performance.
• Lead modernization initiatives for the core and common platform tech stacks, including the integration of AI and emerging technologies.
• Develop and evaluate PoC solutions for new technologies—particularly AI and cloud-based tools—to assess feasibility and business impact.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and regularly track and report progress on project milestones.
• Partner with product managers, UI / UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure smooth delivery and integration of platform features.
• Customer Engagement : Interface with customers to gather technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver tailored technical support.
