Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor workers Work pass and safety pass expiry date
  • apply training course for worker
  • apply jobsite SIC
  • Manage, keep record and update all worker particulars
  • Perform data entry of incoming invoices, matching of delivery order, and filing of documents
  • checking supplier price
  • checking lorry cashcard
  • checking site card and fill in to the time table
  • order materials
  • Answer and route calls, emails, and correspondence
  • All administrative works in the company and HR related responsibilities

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in the construction industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner, Responsible and positive work attitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Working 5 days week
