Job descriptionGuide teams and leaders in adopting and scaling Agile practices within the SAFe framework. Train and coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on SAFe LPM principles and practices. Support the creation and maintenance of Agile portfolio artifacts (e.g., Portfolio Kanban, Lean Business Cases, Objectives). Coach leadership and teams on Agile principles, mindset, and behaviors to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Lead workshops and training sessions to build portfolio management capabilities across the organization. Act as a change agent to drive alignment and transparency between portfolio stakeholders Provide regular updates and reporting on portfolio health, performance metrics, and decision-making outcomes. Promote collaboration across teams and departments to ensure consistent delivery of portfolio outcomes. Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in portfolio management processes. Leverage Agile metrics and feedback loops to measure and improve portfolio outcomes. 8+ years of Industry experience with atleast 3+ years in Agile Coaching SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)). Familiarity with Jira workflows and configurations Proven experience in implementing Agile Portfolio Management and scaling Agile practices across portfolios. Expertise in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in driving Agile transformations within Technology & Operations domains. Background in coaching at both strategic and team levels. Strong analytical skills to interpret Agile metrics and deliver actionable insights
