Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction tests, and provide accurate dispensing of optical prescriptions.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in contact lenses, including fitting, dispensing, aftercare guidance, and identifying potential complications.
• Advise customers on suitable spectacle lenses, frames, and related products based on their lifestyle needs and visual requirements.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to create a welcoming and satisfying shopping experience.
• Support daily retail operations, including maintaining store presentation and monitoring stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, consistently reflecting company values in all customer interactions.
• Work towards achieving personal sales targets while contributing to the store's overall performance and goals.
• Process customer payments and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency.

Continuously update product knowledge and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
