Key Responsibility Areas
1. Casework & Counselling
Utilise relevant casework theories into practiceEngage, assess, provide intervention and evaluate practiceAssess client’s risks, needs, level of functioning and systemic intervention neededUnderstand youth at risk of juvenile delinquency and manage associated risk and protective factorsDemonstrate reflective practiceConduct outreach and engage client’s family, where applicable, to develop action plans to support the clientEngage other relevant agencies to support the client holistically and sustainablyEnsure proper documentation and report-writing2.
