Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack / Backend Engineer with expertise in enterprise-grade API services. This role combines backend engineering with DevOps responsibilities, focusing on designing, maintaining, and optimizing our core API infrastructure. You will work closely with both internal systems and external partners to ensure stability, scalability, and seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade API services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure API reliability and performance.
  • Manage deployment pipelines and operational processes using AWS and Cloudflare.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Work with the Tech Lead and engineering team on system architecture and platform improvements.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging best practices for service health.
  • Build and enhance frontend integrations using React and TypeScript as needed.
  • Maintain and improve the API management developer portal (React / TypeScript) to provide billing and usage metrics for external partners.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend or fullstack engineering with enterprise-level API systems.
  • Strong proficiency with AWS services and Cloudflare infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of API architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • The following would be nice to have :

  • Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, or high-traffic SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for API development and deployment.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
