Salary

Range : SGD 6,000 - 9,000 per month (depending on

experience)

We are a well-established local

construction and building contractor with extensive experience in

residential, commercial, and institutional projects. With a strong

reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within

budget, we are looking for a capable and driven

Project Manager to join our

team.

Roles &

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Project Manager / HOD in coordinating and

managing ongoing projects.

Oversee project

sites and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of all

construction activities.

Manage and monitor

appointed contractors, ensuring proper coordination with

stakeholders, tenants, subcontractors, and operations

colleagues.

Ensure projects are completed on

time, within budget, and in accordance with quality

standards.

Drive customer satisfaction,

quality delivery, and team performance.

Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety rules and

regulations across all project activities.

Support feasibility studies of new or upcoming

projects.

Identify potential construction

issues or contractual disputes and resolve them with appropriate

solutions.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as

assigned.

Job

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering,

Construction Management, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of project management

experience in main contractor

(building construction) projects is

essential .

Proven

track record in managing residential, commercial, or institutional

building projects in Singapore.

Strong

leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of local construction codes, regulations,

and safety standards.

Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients,

consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Ability to work independently with a results-driven

mindset.
