Sales Consultant (Commission / B2B / Hair Care Products)

Job Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated area.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market conditions.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve products and services.

Stay up-to-date with new product launches and features.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns.

Train and mentor junior sales team members.

Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Travel within the designated area as required.

Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements

2 years and above experience as a sales representative or similar role.

Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
