Requirement : .Basic understanding of HR and Finance principlesUnderstanding of BCA / Construction industryComputer literate, especially with Excel.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Only SingaporeanJob Responsibility : Assisting with day to day operations of the HR and finance paperworkProviding clerical and administrative support to management.Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Review employee service periods in regards to Long Service Awards.Create work period and absence allowances on HR system.Ensure that all personal information is updated onto HR system as required.Enrolment process for new employees.Arrange for pre-employment medicals, obtaining required documents, enrolling employees into benefit schemes, and coordinating office logistics.You will also take responsibility for the service termination process.
