Solution Architect – Linux and macOS - D20 Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

To sustain the fast and qualitative development progress in Bosch, we are seeking for a passionate and driven Solution Architect for Linux and macOS to join our IT team in Singapore. As a Solution Architect, you are required to gather requirement, design and lead the implementation of the solution. This role requires close collaboration with Product Manager who is driving the product roadmap and development, other architects from related fields as well as key users within Bosch.

The selected candidate will also be involved in designing and implementation of strategic global solution in the area of Digital Workplace and providing his / her input as subject matter expert of Linux and macOS.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or similar discipline with at least 3 years of working experience as solution architect in the IT industry.
• Experience in designing and implementing solution in the area of end user computing.
• Experience with UNIX / Linux Operating Systems like Ubuntu, RedHat and macOS.
• Experience with automation via scripting / programming languages like Shell and Python.
• Good understanding of identity services technology and authentication mechanism.
• Good understanding of networking technologies.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and able to work as individual and team contributor.
• Experience in agile project with global teams.
