Line Leader

Line Leader is responsible for meeting the daily targets set, in addition to ensuring that the line complies with the SOP and has a Safety-First mindset.

Candidates with experience in fast paced semiconductor manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities :

• Command and control the operators in the production line.
• Ensure and report daily production indices that are defined by supervisor.
• Analyzing WIP profile to minimize constraints in equipment, process, or manpower.
• Ensure efficiency / productivity to meet standard cycle time.
• Reporting issues that affect bottlenecks stations, daily targets to supervisor.
• Actively ensure 6S in the line.
• Recommend and implement measures to motivate operators and to encourage them to recommend ways to improve process, quality, safety and efficiency.
• Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments / rotations, employee training, shift rotations.
• To resolve or addresses production problems when arises to supervisor.

To report to supervisors when operators fail to perform or violate company policies.
