Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Proactively monitor and maintain the company's servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Perform regular system backups, software updates, and security patches to safeguard the company's data and systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure solutions
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the company's IT systems
- Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or infrastructure role, preferably in the IT & Communications industryStrong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting Windows servers, networking, and security technologiesHands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-VProficient in monitoring tools, backup and recovery solutions, and change management processesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRelevant certifications in IT (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) are highly desirableInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please email us an updated copy of your resume.
