Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

Proactively monitor and maintain the company's servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
Perform regular system backups, software updates, and security patches to safeguard the company's data and systems
Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure solutions
Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the company's IT systems
Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or infrastructure role, preferably in the IT & Communications industry

Strong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting Windows servers, networking, and security technologies

Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V

Proficient in monitoring tools, backup and recovery solutions, and change management processes

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Relevant certifications in IT (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) are highly desirable
