Job descriptionOverseeing daily operations Maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Plan and hire field specialists to ensure operations are well managed at all times. Oversee the maintenance Lead and coach a team of Operations Specialists and creating various training activities to ensure their growth. Monitor, report and provide instructions Oversee the establishment of SOPs in each fulfillment process. Management of all warehouse-related activities (inbound, outbound, and storage). Manage key customer's expectations with the agreed KPIs.
