Job Title : Contract Manager (Main Contractor)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our construction team. The successful candidate will lead a team of quantity surveyors, oversee all contractual and commercial matters, ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements while safeguarding the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor contract obligations, variations, and claims to ensure compliance and cost control.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while maximizing project profitability.
• Support project managers in executing and interpreting contract terms.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and maintain accurate records of all contractual matters.
• Lead negotiations on variations, extensions of time, and dispute resolution.
