Job

Description

Handle full sets of accounts for the Singapore entity,

including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end

closing

Prepare financial statements and

ensure compliance with local statutory and tax

regulations

Coordinate with external parties

(e.g. auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate

secretaries)

Liaise with China HQ and provide

periodic financial reports to COO / Finance Manager

Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely

reporting

Manage simple administrative tasks

related to finance, if

required

The Successful

Applicant

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

Strong technical knowledge of full sets of accounts and

Singapore tax / compliance

Comfortable working

independently in a lean setup with minimal

supervision
