- Own the entire project lifecycle : from estimating and bidding to planning, execution, and handover.
- Analyse costs for materials, labour, and equipment to prepare competitive bids.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for the best value.
- Lead site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to top-quality standards.
- Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
