Job descriptionManage and improve digital marketing efforts across platforms (Google, social media, SEO). Run A / B tests and optimize funnels to enhance user experience and conversion. Work closely with sales teams to keep online strategies competitive in the region. Create and roll out loyalty programs and marketing campaigns to boost customer retention. Use behavioral data and AI tools to deliver targeted, personalized content. Drive customer-first strategies that support long-term brand loyalty. Monitor competitors and track the performance of digital campaigns. Build user-friendly dashboards with real-time data to support decision-making. Test and implement AI tools (e.g., chatbots, personalization engines) to improve results and efficiency. 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing (ideally regional or multi-market exposure) Strong knowledge of paid media (search, social, performance) Experience in e-commerce, loyalty marketing, and personalization Analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear, practical actions Interest or experience in using AI-driven marketing tools Familiarity with CMS or e-commerce platforms like Sitecore (a plus) Proactive and adaptable team player with strong communication skills
