Test Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in executing all test-related activities for Server and Rack products during production.
• Configure and maintain PXE Server setups for product testing.
• Perform and oversee the Server and Rack run-in testing process.
• Execute and maintain burn-in and power testing processes to ensure product reliability.
• Collaborate with customers, headquarters, and factories on the implementation and maintenance of test programs.
• Analyze production product failures and work with customers, headquarters, and factories to drive improvements.
• Participate actively in Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain and update the master list and tracking of test programs.
• Develop and update Working Instructions (W / I) for testing processes.
• Conduct training sessions on Working Instructions for production staff.
• Provide support for the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Assist in the mass production phase to ensure testing quality and efficiency.
• Participate in ISO-related activities, including implementation and maintenance of standards.
