Project Engineer - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

1. Project Management & Execution

o Plan, manage, and execute ACMV or related engineering projects from inception to completion.

o Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.

o Monitor project schedule, progress, and resources to meet deadlines and budget.

2. Technical Coordination

o Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors on technical matters.

o Review drawings, technical submissions, and material approvals.

o Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues promptly.

3. Site Supervision & Safety

o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.

o Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is performed to required standards.

o Enforce safe work practices and compliance with WSH regulations.

4. Documentation & Reporting

o Prepare project progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments.

o Track project variations, claims, and cost control measures.

o Maintain proper documentation of project records.

5. Team Collaboration

o Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.

o Lead or assist in managing manpower allocation and resource planning.

o Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling projects, preferably in ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation). Candidates with relevant experience in other engineering disciplines may also be considered.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Possess good problem-solving skills, able to cope with pressure and stress to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

5.5 days / week

Mon - Fri : 0830 to 1730 hrs

Sat : 0830 to 1230 hrs
