Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and consolidating annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Perform variance analysis against budgets / forecasts and highlight risks, opportunities, and key cost drivers.
Partner with business units to provide accurate assumptions, cost structures, and performance insights.
Maintain and improve financial models and tools to support planning and decision-making.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for leadership review.
Support the development of business cases, pricing reviews, and cost-benefit analysis.
Contribute to process improvement by streamlining FP&A workflows and standardising reporting practices.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data with internal controls and company policies.
Support the implementation and enhancement of FP&A systems and BI tools.
Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management and regional offices.
All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

Min Degree in Accounting studies or equivalent.

Min 2 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Advanced Excel and SAP.

Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).

Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP; knowledge of Hyperion and Power BI is advantageous.

Solid understanding of operational finance processes and hands-on experience in financial analysis.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with business teams.
