Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide support to the sales team with coordination and follow-up on orders
- Handle shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and L / C negotiation
- Process customer and supplier orders while monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage inventory levels and keep records accurate and updated in the system
- Maintain sales and purchase data for efficient reporting and workflow
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma holder with prior order processing working experience.Prior knowledge in Letter of Credit will be an advantage.Interested candidates please send in your resume to :
