Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily machining operations on CNC and manual machines.

Plan, assign, and monitor workloads to meet production schedules and delivery timelines.

Ensure products are machined according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Review and optimize machining processes to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs when required.

Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality requirements.

Maintain proper documentation, including job orders, production reports, and quality records.

Train and mentor machinists and operators to enhance technical skills and efficiency.
