Facilities Senior / Engineer, Healthcare

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the management of facilities and systems, including new building projects and maintenance of existing structures
• Develop and oversee planned maintenance programmes and services
• Manage and coordinate service partners and contractors, ensuring work quality and compliance with regulations
• Provide technical advice and support to user departments
• Coordinate Fire Safety and Green Mark tasks to ensure statutory and environmental compliance
• Lead initiatives on Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) management
• Investigate safety incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare reports with corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement in operational safety, environmental performance, and sustainability
