Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application development teams in delivering enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Drive end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of digital / micro-services applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Oversee regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives (e.g., MAS regulations, AML / KYC platforms).
• Ensure best practices in coding, design patterns, DevOps, cloud adoption, and system performance optimization.
• Manage migration and modernization initiatives (e.g., Java 17, Spring Boot upgrades, cloud-native deployments).
• Provide leadership in fraud prevention, payment systems, and security enhancements (2FA, anomaly detection, fraud frameworks).
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to quality standards.
