Job Responsibilities :

1. Installation and Configuration :

  • Install, set up, and configure IoT devices and sensors in various cleaning equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure proper connectivity and data transmission between IoT devices and central monitoring systems.

2. Monitoring and Maintenance :

  • Continuously monitor the performance of IoT devices, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and firmware updates to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Achieve high IoT uptime percentage, minimising downtime for maintenance and repairs
  • Minimise response time to ensure prompt resolution and quick return to normal operations.

    • 3. Data Analysis :

  • Collect and analyze data generated by IoT devices to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve cleaning processes and efficiency.

    • 4. Integration :

  • Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate IoT data into cleaning management software
  • Working on Ad hoc projects and other IoT related matters

    • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IoT, electronics, network admin or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and networking.
  • A customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • Location : West (Bukit Batok)
  • Working Hours : 5 Days Work Week (Mon – Fri)
  • Must possess driving license Class 3

    • Working Hours : Mon to Fri : 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
