Roles & Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Specialist | Enterprise Software | Up to $6k | 5 Days | Maxwell

Working days & hours : 5days, Mon- Fri 9am – 6pm

Location : Neil Rd, Singapore 088905 (Maxwell)

Salary : $5000 - $6000

Job Scope :

Position our products to customers looking for Microsoft 365 / virtualization / Citrix / application / cloud services monitoring solution
Install, configure, and prove the value of our products in proof of concepts.
Generate reports demonstrating the value of the solutions in solving key business problems for customers.
Provide presentations and demonstrations of our products to prospective customers
Train prospective customers and partners on our products.
Assist as required with post sales activities including implementations, troubleshooting, customizations and applying upgrades and patches at customer sites

Requirement :

Have 5 years of experience in areas like Application Performance Management, Network Performance Monitoring, Requirements Analysis, ITIL and IT Service Management.

Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is required.

Exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies is required.

Exposure to Cloud and or Container technologies is a plus.

Understanding of J ava / J2EE technologies and web applications is a plus
