Key Responsibilities :
Handle annual salary review and bonus process
Manage manpower budgeting with Finance
Prepare HR reports (recruitment, turnover, staff costs, leave)
Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking, including medical insurance negotiations
Review and improve C&B policies
Onboard new employees' compensation and benefits
Run staff surveys and engagement / wellness activities
Ensure compensation practices comply with legislation
Maintain HRIS records for leave and benefits
Conduct market research on salary and benefits trends
Requirements :
Degree and with minimum 3 years in Compensation & Benefits, with experience in
salary reviews and annual budgeting
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Detail-oriented and passionate C&B
