We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Executive to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in driving our recruitment efforts-especially for commercial roles like Sales and Business Development-while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company database.
- Support offer coordination and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations Support :
Handle routine HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR-related documents, and updating internal databases.Support the coordination of internal HR communications and assist in organizing employee-related activities or logistics when needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in the execution of HR procedures and processes.Provide ad hoc support to the HR team in ongoing projects or initiatives.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources , with a strong focus on recruitment.Experience hiring for commercial roles such as Sales and Business Development is an advantage.Fluency in both English and Chinese is required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders across regions.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
