Position : Programme Executive (Media Technology)

Contract Duration : 10 Months

Work Location : Labrador Park

Are you passionate about driving innovation in the media industry? We are seeking a motivated Programme Executive (Media Technology) to support and lead initiatives that enhance the capabilities of media companies and talent through emerging technologies such as Virtual Production and Generative AI .

Key Responsibilities

Programme Development & Stakeholder Engagement

Support the development of Media Tech programmes by engaging industry stakeholders to gather insights and administering surveys to understand industry needs.

Research & Evaluation

Lead research efforts and analyse data to identify and evaluate emerging media technologies that can enhance service offerings and content IP production.

Knowledge & Insights Sharing

Collate and review learnings from Media Tech projects, providing insights to guide future programme development.

Project Management

Engage partners and manage projects aligned with programme outcomes, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time.

Oversee contract negotiations, funding administration, and issues management.

Internal Submissions & Approvals

Prepare internal reports, assessments, and recommendations for project approvals, including presenting proposals to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Media, or Business / Marketing.
• Relevant working experience in project management roles, preferably with experience in the media industry and managing digital media projects (e.g. social media, immersive media, AI).
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with strong writing and presentation skills.
