seeking an ambitious and people-oriented Agency Development Manager
to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of financial
advisors. This is a strategic role suited for individuals with a
strong track record in sales who are ready to take on leadership
responsibilities and play a key role in driving business

Responsibilities :
Assist in building and leading a team of financial
consultants, through networking, outreach, and referrals
Develop and mentor the new and existing team members to
ensure consistent growth and professionalism
Drive the performance of the sales through strategy
planning and implementation
Monitor Compliance
and ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory standards and
company policies
Collaborate with senior
management on business development initiatives and agency growth
strategies
