Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the food manufacturing process comply with food safety standards, specifications, and government and industry regulations
  • Test product parameters
  • Ensure record-taking procedures are done daily
  • Investigate and set standards for safety and quality
  • Assist compliance team to ensure SOPs are carried out

Requirements :

  • Preferably a Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in local & international food safety standards
  • A team player, as s / he will be required to work closely with other food production colleagues, buyers and packaging specialists
