Job Scope

Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems, opportunities and propose solutions for business. Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training and project tracking activities Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned. What We Look For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Power BI and / or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred.
