Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets and other relevant locations to ensure product presence and visibility.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with store management and staff to facilitate smooth merchandising operations.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and rotated according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
• Collaborate with store personnel to replenish on-shelf stock and manage product inventory levels efficiently.
• Support and coordinate promotional displays and in-store activations.
• Support product sampling initiatives and live demonstrations to engage customers and promote food-related items.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering product inquiries, offering recommendations, and addressing issues promptly at store level.
• Observe and report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts for strategic insights.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the management and product development teams.
• Submit regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, display conditions, and any issues or opportunities identified.
• Participate in stock management and ensure product displays are attractive, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc or related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements :
