Sales Executive

Position will transition from a Inside sales Support role to a Outdoor Sales role.

Responsibilities

Phase 1 : Sales Operations and Support

• Support & Coordination : Be the central coordinator for the sales team, handling scheduling, preparing documents, and managing communications across logistics, customer service, and product teams for efficient order fulfillment.
• Customer Care : Handle client interactions (phone / email), maintain strong relationships, and resolve minor issues by coordinating after-sales support.
• System & Data : Accurately process inquiries / orders in internal systems, manage sales resources (materials / samples), and contribute to process improvement by maintaining accurate sales activity records.

Phase 2 : Transition to Field Sales
