Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Drafting
- Develop and prepare detailed shop drawings, erection drawings, and reinforcement detailing for precast concrete components (e.g., beams, columns, wall panels, slabs, staircases).
 - Modify and optimize designs based on project requirements, production capabilities, and site constraints.
 - Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications
 
2. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve design discrepancies.Work closely with the production department to ensure designs are practical for manufacturing and installation.Attend design coordination meetings with stakeholders to address technical queries.3. Technical Calculations & Analysis
Perform structural calculations for load-bearing capacity, reinforcement requirements, and stability of precast elements.Evaluate alternative design solutions for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Use structural analysis software to verify designs.4. Quality & Compliance
Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company quality procedures.Review and approve final drawings before production release.Conduct site visits when necessary to verify installation and alignment with design intent.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in precast design or structural engineering.Proficient in Etabs, Prokon and structural analysis software.Knowledge of relevant design codes.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teamsJob Type : Full-time
