Technical Delivery Manager – Machine Learning Suite (MLS)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and support of the Machine Learning Suite (MLS). This role requires strong project management capabilities, deep technical expertise, and hands-on experience in system integration, application architecture, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the implementation of MLS projects and systems.
• Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and control requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed design documents and system specifications.
• Conduct data and process mapping with interfacing applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis, code reviews, and unit testing to ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Test Management teams to complete SIT and UAT phases as planned.
• Manage change requests, approval workflows, and deployment schedules.
• Provide technical and testing support during pre- and post-production deployment phases.
• Oversee external vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
