Job Description & Requirements
- Management of feedback from multiple channels
- Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties required to address the feedback.
- Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions.
- Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes.
- Conducting onsite surveys.
- Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs), public and pet owners on site
- Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback, including consulting supervisors / team members and other agencies.
Monday to friday : 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM
Requirement :
Diploma in any fields.Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented.Willing to work in an outdoor environment.Team player with initiative, drive and good interpersonal / communication skills and able to work independently.Tell employers what skills you have
