Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

  • Management of feedback from multiple channels
  • Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties required to address the feedback.
  • Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions.
  • Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes.
  • Conducting onsite surveys.
  • Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs), public and pet owners on site
  • Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback, including consulting supervisors / team members and other agencies.

Monday to friday : 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM

Requirement :

  • Diploma in any fields.
  • Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work in an outdoor environment.
  • Team player with initiative, drive and good interpersonal / communication skills and able to work independently.
