Senior / System Engineer [RHEL, Linux, Redhat] - TALENTSIS PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and oversee the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of hardware, software, and network systems for project delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive measures to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Support operational systems in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) .
• Perform and manage preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Diagnose, escalate, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Undertake standby duties as required.

Requirements :

Good knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including :

Networking : VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches

Hardware : servers, SAN (Storage Area Networks), and NAS (Network-Attached Storage) devices

System Services : Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange / Mail, databases, and web / application servers

Work Location : Ang Mo Kio
