A global fintech is hiring a Director, Sales / Business Development to drive new business growth across Singapore and APAC. This is an individual contributor “hunter” role – focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with modern banks, financial institutions, and digital‑first players looking to enhance their cross‑border payment, card, or embedded finance capabilities.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new opportunities with banking and enterprise clients, building long‑term partnerships that drive adoption of the company’s market‑leading payments infrastructure.
Engage C‑suite stakeholders, navigate complex decision cycles, and deliver tailored value propositions that demonstrate measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

Strong network in the banking and financial services ecosystem, with a proven track record in payments or fintech sales.

Own the full sales process – from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure – with the autonomy to shape strategy and the resources of a global fintech at your back.

Sales driven, high‑incentives OTE role; entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and outcome‑driven.
