Production Technician Department

Reporting to : Production Supervisor

About the job :

Your key responsibilities are as follows :

• Perform tool set up and parameter settings of production injection molding machine
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of injection machine parameters
• Provide technical support to the production line to ensure operations run smoothly
• Perform necessary checks and verfications to ensure production records are updated accurately.
• Work closely with the tooling department to identify problems and provide ideas of improvement.
• Conduct periodic review of schedule and manpower pan to ensure production runs according to plan.
• Ensure general work place safety.
