Job descriptionRecognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Well versed in AutoCAD Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Singaporein Commercial / Building / Civil Projects, completed at least one project cycle.
Roles & Responsibilities
M & E COORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR
(Building Construction / Project)
Responsibilities :
- Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, sub-contractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
- Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
- Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
- Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
- Identify discrepancies, assess and recommend M&E sub-contractors claims
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superioror Management
