THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As the Social Media Executive at Move Repeat, you will oversee the social media presence of all brands in our portfolio. Reporting to the Brand & Engagement Manager, your role is to create and execute strategic content plans that align with topline marketing campaigns, strengthen brand equity, and drive engagement across channels. You will be responsible not only for maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic but also for ensuring that social media efforts contribute directly to lead generation and sales conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Planning (30%)

  • Develop and execute annual social media content plans aligned with brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure content strategies are tailored to the strengths of each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube)
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to evolve social strategies and maintain competitiveness.

Content Creation & Management (30%)

  • Oversee day-to-day social content creation, scheduling, and publishing across all brand channels.
  • Ensure all visuals, copy, and messaging meet brand standards and tone of voice.
  • Work closely with internal creatives and external partners to develop multimedia content (video, graphics, photography).
  • Maintain a content calendar that balances storytelling, education, and sales-driven messaging.
  • Community & Engagement (20%)

  • Manage online communities, ensuring timely and authentic responses to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
  • Monitor conversations around our brands and proactively engage with followers, influencers, and partners.
  • Build relationships with brand advocates to strengthen community loyalty.
  • Perform weekly media monitoring across similar lifestyle and wellness brands to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
  • Performance & Optimisation (20%)

  • Track KPIs across platforms (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth, etc.).
  • Analyse performance to inform future content decisions and optimise campaigns for better results.
  • Provide regular reporting on social media effectiveness to the Brand & Engagement Manager.
