Job descriptionSupport evaluation of digital transformation and capital investment projects from a financial perspective. Assess business cases for financial risks and opportunities. Review internal processes, systems, and policies to identify risks and recommend improvements. Work with various departments to enhance controls and streamline processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional goals and strategies. Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant), or a Business / Finance degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities. Strong team player with integrity and accountability. Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Budgeting & Financial Reporting
- Prepare the institution’s annual budget and regular forecasts for management and group-level decision-making.
- Generate timely financial reports to support performance tracking and intervention.
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts.
