The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable operations across all systems. This role involves strategic planning, vendor management, cybersecurity and risk management and hands‑on technical oversight. The IT Manager will also work closely with internal stakeholders to align IT capabilities with business goals and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including servers, network switches, firewall, cloud platforms.
- Manage and support end‑user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and software applications.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT services across the organization.
- Oversee system upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery planning.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of LAN / WAN, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage network hardware and software upgrades.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity tools (e.g., antivirus, endpoint protection, intrusion detection).
- Monitor cybersecurity protocols to safeguard data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes, and internal policies (e.g. PDPA, ISO standards).
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Provide technical support and training to staff across departments.
- Manage IT service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives.
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Liaise with external vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance of IT products and services.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets, licensing and asset inventory.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP), cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365) and cybersecurity tools.Certifications such as CISSP, TOGAF, ITIL, or Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Certified Professional are advantageous.Able to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.Why Join Us
