Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Supports Sales team in orders processing (purchase orders, sales contracts, delivery orders, invoicing, quality claims), chasing, acknowledgments, etc.
Works closely with in-house production, operation, and logistics personnel to process customersâ orders and inquiries.
Actively engages suppliers and customers in forecast data collection, planning, updates, and submissions.
Plans, allocate and controls ex-stock and incoming inventories for part pieces that are already in the mass production phase.
Liaises with forwarders and carriers for delivery bookings, confirmation, and documentation of suppliers and customersâ orders.
Updates internal reports promptly and regularly.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superiors and Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Minimum 2 years related working experience.
Pleasant personality, customer-orientated and with excellent communication skills.
Able to work in a team-based environment and under pressure with tight schedules.
Meticulous, organized individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficient in MS office applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
Prior experience in Electronics / Manufacturing industries are preferred.
Immediate starter is advantageous.
