Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute forward-thinking design strategies and concepts that balance creativity with commercial relevance and align with brand objectives
- Lead full product lifecycles ensuring quality, consistency and timely execution
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, impactful collections and campaigns
- Stay ahead of global fashion trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to continuously inform and refine designs
- Ensure all design outputs elevate the company's brand positioning while meeting profitability and growth targets
- Mentor and inspire teammates, fostering creativity, accountability and a culture of excellence
Requirements :
Master's degree or equivalent in Design or related fieldPossess relevant experience, with proven expertise in design within a global retail or brand environment in a similar capacityStrong creative vision coupled with commercial acumenExcellent communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teamsStrong portfolio demonstrating innovative and commercially successful collectionsTell employers what skills you have
